I could'nt help but laugh hysterically! If I had a neighbor like yours, I would not hesistate to buy her a set of books on narcotics anonymous! I'm thinking she has fallen off her darn rocker. When your neighbor yells ABBA DABBA CHABBA, why not yell back in response ZAPPA NAPPA DAPPA? If she replies after that, AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!
