Oh, Ben. I'm sorry, but as a European who grew up around 800 types of handcrafted cheese, your predicament makes me sad and angry. Forget about cheeseburgers. That's not cheese. You need to get a budget together (say, $100), and go to some good, high-brow type supermarket (don't know where you live, but if it's the West Coast, try Trader Joe's) and invest in some real cheese. Not large amounts, but a bit of every one: Brie, Camembert, Gouda, Edamer, Emmenthal, Gorgonzola, Cheddar, ...). also get some good, European bread - focaccia maybe, or ideally, Baguette - French bread. Cheese is a French phenomenon. Get rench, become a snob. Get a CD of Debussy or Chopin and a bottle of wine, take it all home, and simply have an evening of decadence, succumb to the starnge and unxpected, complex tastes, enjoy the music and the wine, and slooowly... space out with it. The next day, you'll be a cheese lover. Bonne chance!

It's not strange if you don't like the taste of cheese, but eating
cheese daily is good for your health because it's high in protein
and promotes strong bones. There are many types of cheese
which are easy and delicious to eat. However, some special ones are very difficult to swallow because of the strong taste.
You can start eating the easy ones, like kraft and cheddar cheese which are tasty.
I hope this info will help.

First, realize it might take some time to really learn to like cheese-- but that's ok! Spend time getting to know your cheese, what it likes, what it wants to do in life, be when it groes up-- that kind of thing. Maybe make it some cookies, or write a poem expressing your feelings for it. As it grows to love and trust you, you won't be able to return the feelings!
God Bless!!

Stick with the mild cheeses at first. Always add stuff to it until you get use to the taste. Example: Smothering your grill cheese sandwich with catchup.

If you don't like cheese, be thankful.!!!
Cheese is one of my problems that keeps me from losing weight. Yuck for low fat cheese. To be good cheese must have the fat, in my opinion.
Why would you want to LEARN to like a food that can help cause weight problems (along with other fatty foods) in later life?

Try those string cheese that toddlers eat. Or better yet, if your place has Whole Foods, they'll actually let you taste a few choices you have in mind. Try Fontina, it's mild.

there are such diverse cheeses contained in the international that it could be quite puzzling to point you in any certain route, yet i presumed you may want to commence with the tags naming the cheeses contained in the save, type 3 names each and each and every week and study that way. I did placed the wikipedia hyperlink till i re-ead you. attempt it that way..
