I think visually the body looks bigger with smaller bush of hair... But regardless of that, I have seen plus size women that looks great with chin-lenght hair, since their features are very nice and feminine/... but well straight to the point> I believe women look bigger with short hair.

Short hair can make or break a look. If you have always had long hair, maybe visit a wig shop (as lame as that sounds...) and try on a few short-hair wigs to preview and see if you'd like the look to keep or not. That way, you won't end up cutting off all of your hair and having a style you don't necessarily like. While short hair is easier to maintain most of the time, if it doesn't look good on you, it's not the best choice. But as far as short hair making a person look fat, I don't think that's even possible. Best of luck to you!!

You know, it really depends. In many cases no, but in some cases yes. It's not really the hair, it is more or so the face. If you have a more or so "chubby" face, then with shorter hair the main focus would most likely be your face causing people to think you are somewhat fat. If you don't have a very chubby face then the short hair will just blend in with the rest of you and most likely look pretty good.

No, not in my opinion. Some clothes do but not short hair. Not all short people look good with long hair, especially short people with very thick, long hair; it overwhelms their face.
While it's true most men like long hair whether its flattering or not, go with want you want. Don't let some guy talk you into growing your hair out. I once told a guy that if he wanted long hair then he should only date women with long hair. He still continued to see me & for a long time too. A nice compromise, if you feel you need to, would be to go with a medium cut.

It all depends on the face shape and size. Yes, a person with wide chubby face will look fat if she has short hair. For those perfect face gals, it doesn't matter; they look beautiful anyways:)

It all depends on your facial features.I think people with a more round face tend to look better with a long hair cut.
