try looking up Denise Austin. she has a lot of different dvd's and information on staying fit and in shape. I recommend lunges, squats with weights in hands, anything that moves your rear. you didn't say how tall you are. To me, 125 seems like a very reasonable weight.

I was exactly where you are...twice! Get youself the 8 Minute Abs tape. It only takes a few minutes each day and the results are incredible if you work hard. Also the 8 Minute Buns is awesome , too. Obviously, get the ok from your doctor. Also, if you are breastfeeding, don't worry... your body burns an extra 500 - 600 calories a day to feed to baby. The weight will come off soon enough. Just make sure you are getting enough calories for you and the baby and drink lots and lots of water. Congratulations on your new little one and God Bless.

Healthiest thing you can do is simply cut down on fat and get excercise- don't try any fad diets at this time, a lot of them are dangerous, especially if you are breastfeeding. Lots of fruit and veggies is the way to go, and just some casual working out. Walk 20 minutes or so a day and do some aerobic excercise in the mornings. You'll be back to your pre-preg size in no time

Congrats on the baby!
Make your husband give you time to workout.
If you run 2 miles a day, 6 days per week, you will shape up quickly.
Buy a great pair of running sneakers.
Buy clothes that keep you cool when working out.

Good Luck.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

hello,
You have your baby right?
Don't overdo your exercises just be calm and cool. You need to be patient eat fruits and vegetables. and carbo in moderation never eat concentrated foods they have a huge quantity of hidden fats. I'm a model and a rocker so i have to be in good shape. avoid sweets its a nutritional sin. but if you really are in a hurry in loosing weight .go on soft diet and liquid diet. basically tea and unsweetened juices.i bet you it will take just one month. you will see the result.

it depends on what time you had the baby first things first you have to speak with your doctor an see if its okay to exercise but you have to eat right exercise do crunches an sit ups an wear a sweet belt when you exercise that will speed up the process of losing that baby fat
