A huge bundle of trouble.
VISTA requires you to buy a NEW and EXPENSIVE system, with a MINIMUM 15 Gb space on the drive just for the SYSTEM, PLUS, 1 GB RAM, for a MINIMUM, and all "Microsoft certified" vendor parts and components!
If you ever intend to upgrade any hardware, you are limited to THREE instances, after which you MUST purchase a NEW license!
VISTA includes all the vulnerabilities to all "114,000 Microsoft Virus Definitions" and will require tons of effort, just like all the other past programs, to maintain.
Alternative that you can try now, is http://pclinuxos.com that is FREE. Includes Office Suite, plus, 5500 free games, and programs, browsers and suites, Firefox, Opera, Perl. Frostwire. More. Try the liveCD, and when you find it is what you were missing that runs your computer 50X faster, hit the Install button.
