This is a weird question. Do you really thing jumping on a trampoline all day will get you thinner. Well it might, but its kind of weird. Any movement at all is good for your body..shake it up a bit, dance, run or jog, do a cardio workout, go to the gym. Have fun

with prop diet,you really only need to jump 20-30 minutes a day.check out the fit for life series by harvey and marlyn diamond.their first book is best 1978? i know lots of people who use it.i lost 50lbs in 4 weeks.

Jump on trampoline, lose concentration, fall off, break leg, spend all your money on medical bills with nothing left for food, lose weight.

depending on how much room you have try alternatingly raising one knee higher than normal and/or kicking out. if it's one of the really large trampolines, you might manage something similar to jumping jacks. anything that gets your heart going will be good for losing weight.

Cut a strip out of it and wrap it round yourself really tight
