Needs a better picture and a smile. Why don't guys smile? Women like it when they smile. Have a friend take the pics. Other than that he sounds nice.

Yikes! Not a flattering picture at all...Why didn't he smile in his picture? It would have been much nicer and he would come across as friendly instead of arrogant.
