hey i am an asian guy and i am 13,i am quite tall and i weight 82kg.i exercise 2 maybe 4 times a week so i wanna bring my weight down to 75 in 2 months is it possible?if so should i exercise more?now i do sit-ups and weight lifting

please help

Your body burns the most calories and fat when your heart is pumping between 65-75%. You need to do cardio! Go jogging, swim laps, jump rope, etc. Get your heart going!

If you lift weights as part of your weight loss program, you'll likely bulk up, gain muscle weight, and although you'll look better, you won't see a reduction when weighing yourself. The amount of weight you're talking about shouldn't be too hard to lose, even in the short period of time you mention, for someone your age. Make sure you continue to eat your three basic meals everyday, with a few light snacks. Just keep the foods healthy and in proper portions. Jogging or walking briskly for 2-4 miles everyday, added to what you're already doing should work well and have you very near the weight you want to be within your timeframe.

Don't necessarily go by weight. if you are weight lifting, muscle weighs more than fat. but it's leaner so you'll look thinner. sit ups are good, but if you want variety, try twisting crunches. ( almost like a regular crunch but instead of coming straight up, twist a bit so your left elbow touches your right knee and vice versa) that will blast out any weight you are carrying around the middle.
if you keep going like you are, it sounds like you will be able to lose the weight you need in 2 months. just don't starve yourself, or your body will go into "survival" mode and you're metabolism will slow down. good luck!

add some cardio, go running, jogging, bike riding, skip rope, any thing that gets your heart pumpin and sweat flowin. WEight and crunches will build muscle but unless you do cardio to those muscles will be hidden under a layer of fat.

umm, just excercise and watch what u eat!! well eat healthy... u shud be ok, but dont over do it!! ur only 13 and if you have ne fat on your body it will go away on its own its called baby fat, dont worry so much!!
