Well i kissed this boy on the 25th and the day after i did i got this bump ((not quit a blister cause it won't pop or anything)) on my top right corner of my mouth on my gums in the back of my mouth. This started tuesday the 24th. Since that day my right cheek has been a little bit swollen, i've had really bad head aches, and the bump is so big it hurts to talk. Now i've asked the boy that i kissed if he has anything and he said that he has a whole type thing in his cheek but he thinks its just from he bit it too hard on accident. But he said this started on wednesday the 25th. I'm extrely nervous to even talk about herpes and talking to my mom about having a cold sore in the first place-i'm pretty sure she'd get a little suspicous and start asking ?'s. Its a good thing that she asks the questions but the thing is, is what am i suppose to say? And do you think that this is a form of herpes, or its just a simple cold sore thats not a big deal? or what?

You need to see a doctor asap.
Speak with your mom ... she was once young, too. I think you'll find that after the initial storm, she'll be the one person in the whole world who will be at your side and help get you through this.
Don't waste another sleepless night putting off approaching your mom ... for both your health and peace of mind it's best to face the storm asap.
I'll be thinking about you; good luck.

Ouch...sounds painful. It does sound like a type of herpes. My roomate has herpes of the mouth, but it is NOT a big deal. She goes to the doctor and treats it. Your mom is a girl, and human too. TALK to her..she expects you to kiss boys. You need to show her. She probably will be more conserned about the bump than you kissing a boy. But if you are scared to talk to her...then talk to another older woman. Ex: teacher, school counselor, or an older friend! Good Luck

When you first catch the cold sore virus, you may have mild flu-like symptoms, including swollen gums, a sore feeling in the mouth, swollen lymph glands in the neck, and fever. You don't develop cold sores when you're first infected, and only about a third of all people who catch the cold sore virus will ever develop sores.
It sounds like you may have caught the virus. You should definitely tell your mother and go see a doctor. Don't take any chances!

Even co slept becasue she became having issues of sleep and respiration slightly. She might awaken coughing in direction of the night and it scared her. when I took her to the ped. she informed me there isn't any longer something she would be able to grant her. just to enable it run it direction. informed me what to observe for. If issues have been given worse she could desire to do a respiration medical care which they did no longer worsen. I used the toddler vapor rub, a funky mist hum., and gave her slightly calomile (sp) tea. attempt putting toddler in a boucer once you're taking a heat bathe for the steam. additionally use the saline spray. and make particular it would not exchange into croup. call the ped. if issues don't get greater suitable quickly for her.

hmmm, i dont think this sounds like herpes simplex..obviously a doctor would know more.
but
the swelling of your cheek and the position of the bump..i'd advise seeing a doctor or even your dentist...which may be a better idea because it could be having some effect on your jaw bone/roots/gum.
whoever you can see first.
i'd still say dentist, then i am biased.
they are just as qualified as doctors, just specialise with the mouth..and seeing as it is your mouth......

I think you should chat to your mom. Trust me Im a mom .... ask her to take you to the doctor or clinic. They will give you the medication you need.
This is a really hard lesson to learn and Im sorry that you caught something from this boy, but chat to your mom ... it will be ok.
