when you find yourself having to choose between these two lifestyles, which one would you choose and why? (i would like to know why some men would choose career over women)

It's tempting for me to choose career. Career is something I can choose and have complete control over. With women half of my happiness is controlled by her. So, when I get screwed over b/c "she cheated when she was really drunk" or b/c "the guy she REALLY likes asks her out" then I lose it all. With my career, I control everything that happens. My success at work is determined by my effort and my accomplishments. If I met the right girl then I would sacrifice my best career options on behalf of family, but I haven't found Mrs. Wonderful yet, so in the meantime, all I have is my career.

Depends on where you are headed in your career path and how important the woman is to you. Some guys end up giving up their dreams to later have the girl dump him/cheat on him.
I've also seen though where guys have taken the career and left behind great women.

Career. Girls come and go, but the better your career is, the more money you have to attract hotter, younger girls. Women are dream killers. Guys who get into relationships have to "make sacrifices" to their careers in order to appease their girl. Girls do this so that the guy doesn't get too sucessfull and trade up to a younger, hotter model. As a guy, achieving your career goals is priority one.

It depends the right career or the right woman. If its the right career wrong woman, which are a dime a dozen anymore than career takes it. If its the right women then there isn't even a question about who wins. It just happens.

I don't understand why anyone would have to make that choice unless the career involved having to move away from the her. I think that is simply an excuse used to get out of a relationship.

Because a woman is unpredictable. You can trust a career more. Women may leave or cheat no matter what you do so concentrate on things you have control over.

If they choose career woman will come automatically behind them but if they choose woman then career will not come automatically behind them.One more thing, career and money go hand in hand, where there is career there is money and in case of woman it is exactly opposite.

career because if progress is the first aim of my life
if i choose a good carrier then progress is sure definatly
and if good progress then automticaly a good women or a good dates

women, your job cant cuddle with you, talk to you, or walk in the moonlight with you, a woman can...so id have to choose the woman over the career.
