i heard that your hair grows a lot faster when its exposed to the sun is it true?

Hm. I heard the opposite, because staying in the sun too long 'dries' your hair and stops the growing.

But I don't think sunlight really does anything to your hair. I stayed out in the sun forever in the summer and my hair didn't really grow all that much.

Well hair tends to grow faster the warmer it is outside, like in the summer months. It's not just from the sunlight itself but from the heat
