my Quran sais that ... if you killed one human .. then you will be considered as killer of all humans ... and sais also god will punish us for what we are doing with intention ... but will not punish us if we did something with fear or without intention of doing sin ... i.e. Quran uses "lamam" word for small sins which does not hurt anyone too much ..

Sin is sin. Murdering innocent babies and masturbating are both sins on equal terms because you are disobeying God's laws. Sexual self pleasure is a sin, killing is a sin, lying to your wife that her butt has gotten bigger is a sin, cheating on a math test is a sin, etc. A sin is a sin. By the grace and love of God, a killer and a masturbator can repent and be forgiven. But they are not to do that again.

I'm not one who believes all sins are equal, but then at the same time I do believe in forgiveness for all, I believe in mercy, because humanity is an innately imperfect race. We will never learn to overcome our problems if we keep writing people of, we need to stop judging and pointing fingers, instead we should be asking ourselves why? As far as masturbation goes I've heard it said sometimes it's better to take things in your own hands, less chance of disease or becoming an unwanted parent. ;)

According to the bible, all sins are equal in god's eyes. there is no scale of severity, a sin is a sin.

Thats why i laugh when people talk about how homosexuality is wrong and its a sin, yet they too are sinning all the time by having heterosexual sex outside of marriage, which according to god all sins are equal so they are the same thing. (fyi i too am a "sinner" who has premarital sex, woohoo!).

If you and I are good religious persons and never sin. we will still die (that is to say our souls will still go down to death, hell and the grave) -- for death is the wage we pay for being sinners. separated from Almighty God in spirit and in truth.

Unless that separation is mended, unless God takes us back as a divorced woman; then we are forever separated from the heart. If separated from the heart, there is no power in our bones that will free us from death,hell and the grave.

It is not a question of life choices or religions; but God's mercy shown to us in Christ Jesus. For while we were yet sinners Christ died for us..

God is not like us. There are not different levels of sin. Sin is Sin! It doesn't matter if you tell a white lie or if you murder someone. God sees them as the same SIN.

If there is no hell, I won't go to hell. If masturbating doesn't do anyone any harm (and it doesn't) then I won't go to hell.

I think I cannot take your hypothesis, because it assumes there is a hell, and because it assumes masturbation is wrong (even if a small wrongdoing). Those are two things I can't agree on.
