Okay lately i've been adding raisins, almonds and carrots to my diet. I drink plenty of water, milk and juice. I've cut off most of the fatty foods out of my diet, except for cookies and candy, which i don't consume quite often. What do you suggest i eat and drink to help attain healthier hair and skin?

Jello, or Gellatin, which you can add to food or fruit juice.

multivitamins, tho not a food, nuts, fruits, vegetables, milk, and especially fish eat salmon several times a week and your skin will be perfect. the only problem is that most ppl don't like salmon THAT much also make sure to get plenty of sleep and drink a lot of water

Omega 3 vitamins or salmon for glowing skin. Lots of water also.

Thats all sounds good. It is essential to have protein in your diet: eggs, fish, meat avocado,legumes are great for maintaing good health. lots of milk is also good.

All in moderation offcourse.

remove milk from ur diet add orange juice.
you are going in proper direction keep it up.
