Yes, you must look beyond the blessing to why they are being blessed. Perhaps they have some purpose to fulfill in Gods plan. If this person is not generally a nice person and they are receiving Gods blessing you may ask why? Everyone deserves a second chance and as we know God is the giver of second chances.Only God can truly see into their heart and soul and only God knows why. Peace.

You should rejoice whenever someone is being blessed if it is a blessing of God. Just as you would rejoice with your child or best friend when a hard won objective or goal has been met.

Yes. It is always good to see a blessing. There are to many tragedies in this world not to rejoice when the Lord blesses someone.

Depends on what you mean by blessed. If someone is having good luck, or reaping the rewards of their own efforts, then yes, I am happy for them. I'm even happier if they acknowledge that they brought that good fortune on themselves through their own hard work and effort rather than giving some mythical being all the credit.

When they are blessed as in being given a gift, yes. I don't believe in the magic charm kind of blessing.

Do I rejoice at the blessings of others? More power to 'em. Sure, why not. God is merciful to whom he is merciful. I'm never jealous.

depends--if they are being blessed with the measles, then no--if they are being blessed with a baby, maybe, if they are being blessed with something I know they truly want that will really make them happy--yes
