I work out 6 days a week with cardio/weights, 30 minutes each day. I have no problems working out, that part of my life is fine. But i haven't losted any fat i am still at 190!! I want to be 160.

Please don't tell me it's muscle because my friends see me with my shirt off, i still have the same amount of fat, but a tiny bit of muscle, which increases my weight but the same amount of fat is still on the muscle i am building.

I think it must be my eating habits correct me if i am wrong.
Breakfast-2 wheat bread, 2 eggs
Lunch- 2 wheat bread, 1 can of tuna
Dinner 2 wheat bread, 1 can of salmon
Mid afternoon snack- 1 whole wheat bread, 1 piece of chicken

If it is my eating habits. Please tell me what should i eat!!!!

I never drink water i hate it, I drink a glass of water like once a week.

Entirely too much bread and too much protein and not enough of the right fiber. Where's the vegetables and fruit. Wheat bread is not good for you - too much gluten and simple white carbs which process as sugar. Even whole wheat is not healthy. Switch to whole grain bran, rye, or oat bread and only 2-3 servings a day. Water is essential to weight loss. Basically your diet is bread and meat which are good choices for protein, but your diet is Not very balanced. Watch your fat grams. The tuna should be in spring water, not oil.

Your body probably is developing muscle weight under the fat layer, but you've got to eat a more balanced diet and more water. You can make flavored water drinks without adding sugar. Splenda sweetner tastes very close to sugar. Crystal light is not too bad and they have different flavors, or try iced tea.
You can do it, good luck.

Eat what you want, don't diet, don't skip meals, don't eat special foods and still loose weight ... You are saying right ... I recently started a "No Diet Weight Loss Plan" and I have been very successful. I did not diet (that's boring), I did not eat special foods (that cost extra money), I did not skip meals (that makes your stomach growl), and I did not exercise (as my back will physically not allow me to) and yet I have lost 20 pounds (30 more to go) in the last 27 days and also almost 3" in my waist line. I do not think I can put a web site out on this message but
e-mail me from my profile and I will send it to you. As far as the water thing goes, I can drink alot if it has some sort of flavor to it, but to drink a lot of plain water, Nimo I am not <><

Do you eat a whole can of salmon- like a 12 or 16 oz can?? If so that has a lot of calories in it- you need some fiber- as in apples- oranges- fruit and vegetables- there is none in your diet and you need to drink water- you should be dehyrated and constipated-the way you eat- water will help flush your system- put a little lemon in it-what do you drink-??? stop the diet soda- they make you fat-and drain calcium from the bones- you have no dairy - if allergic - go for the dark green leafy veg= and sardines- D

Try replacing the bread with green leaf vegetables. Bread in starch and starch is sugar. If you hate water...I do too, try adding lemon juice and slenda for a no calorie lemonade! Drink it up! My Doctor told me to eat lean meat and plenty of salad (green leafy type) not potato salad or macaroni salad. He said if you feel hungry eat more lean steak and more salad! Best wishes! I want to lose 20 lbs so I should practice what I preach!LOL!

It relaly depends on what type of excercises you do. Are you doing excercises that revolve around the area of fat that you want gone? I.E. the stomache, do crunchs and situps. arm fat do 4 reps of 20 with dumbbells, and so on. Just make sure that you are focusing on where you want to lose the fat.

You should start drinking water because you need to hydrate yourself. I would suggest meeting with a nutritionist or a dietitican to discuss what you should and shouldn't eat. You need to burn more calories than you eat.

that seems like a lot of bread, fiber is good for you, but starches can be very fattening. try eating more veggies and a more balanced meal.
