im disspointed to hear lot of crticisms direct at Islam and its people, they mention Islam says kill those who dnt belive, etc, which is lots of bullocks, Islam says dnt killl, make dialogue, make peace, but defend urselfs if u have to do, Islam came about because people were sinning, and people were not following what God wants them follow, so Islam got establish to make people change and go to the straight path, im disspointed to see ppl still say Islam is voilent and tells t kill non belives, yet we stress again and again its not, Islam says about Non-Belivers that leave them alone but if you get attackes its cuz u r belivers and they r non belivers so defend urself, Islam knows that if ur good Christian, good Jew or da den u wnt get attacked as all relgions tell to live in peace, but Islam also knows its religion will be attack ands its followers becasue they hate what u worship and there fore makes the attackes non belivers so to get rid of dem as self defense for toi prevail.

First of all, I am Christian. I have a couple of muslim friends. One guy imparticular, I have had quite a few deep and meaningful conversations on the topic.

This is my opinion, I hope you don't take any offense to this, coz it is only my opinion and I am no one of importance to you anyway.

To answer you're question, I honestly believe that people don't bother to try to understand the religion quite simply becoz of it's notority. In recent times, there have just been too many leaders of that particular faith and followers of that faith who seem to want to use "shock tactics" or "they're notorious profile" ie: terrorists - to promote the faith.

What these people do, is make others who have never been educated about Islam, were not brought up with it, and have their own different and strong beliefs basically take no interest in learning about Islam.

Perhaps if there was more media attention on Islamic people doing good, instead of evil, people may be interested to learn more about Islam. That's my answer to your question.

I'd also like to add, however, that you cannot blame people for their criticisms. If they do not know what they are talking about, and are only calling it as they see it, than it really isn't the person's fault at all. You must remember that a lot of bad things have happened in recent times involving people who follow Islam and use that as a title for the evil that they are doing. So, of course people who do not follow will be against the whole religion while it is being used as a banner by evil people.

I am not personally aganist any religion. I think we should all get a long together. In my case, getting to know people and becoming good friends with people of different races and religions actually makes me feel like a better, more knowledgable person and I don't hold any hate in my heart for anyone - coz that is exactly what the devil is trying to breed, and at the end of the day - the devil is what we are all against!

As you can see the information on the Muslim religion is out there for all to see. It is not peaceful nor do you belong to the seed of Abraham, Issac, Jacob, or Moses. support and the validation for their actions from you.

We also urge the non-Muslims to stop being politically
correct lest they hurt the sensitivities of the
Muslims. To Hell with their sensitivities! Let us save
their lives, and the lives of millions of innocent

evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing." Do

What a lot of people don't realize is that no, Islam doesn't preach pure pacifism, because it couldn't afford to. Historical context much? Islam was founded in a culture based on tribal warfare. The area was reliant on the money of pilgrims coming to pay homage to their pagain idols. They weren't going to whistle happily while an illiterate man who supposedly can talk to God comes and destroys them all. Islam is about self-defense, of protecting the self but more importantly preserving the community.
