No, lemon leaves don't cure cancer. There is no specific medicine yet that does either. Recent cancer research involves making "antibodies" using some of the patient's own tumor cells so that these "antibodies" can then be injected back into the patient's blood and then be able to destroy the related tumor cells. Other recent cancer research involves focusing on improving the patient's immune system so that they can fight their own specific cancer cells and not damage normal tissue. Japan is developing medications that increase the strength of Killer T Cells, a special type of lymphocyte that destroys cancer cells. Unfortunately there is no simple answer when dealing with cancer.

No, lemon leaves do not cure cancer (but it probably smells pretty good :-) ).

This does not mean that research should not continue into how lemon leaves or any legitimate complementary medicine may or may not be beneficial in the treatment of cancer.

I've not heard of this specific herbal remedy, but I read what the poster above left, and it certainly sounds as if it might help slow down the cancer's growth.

It is my belief, through hours and hours of research on alternative medicine, that no one specific herbal supplement or food can cure your body of cancer altogether. I believe that there are a LOT of supplements you can take and foods you can eat that will drastically slow the cancer's growth down and improve your chances of survival, but I don't think that any one thing can cure it.

Note that I didn't say that cancer CAN'T be cured through alternative medicine, because it's been proven over and over again that it can.

But I believe that a true cure (elimination of every single cancerous cell in your body) can only be obtained through a more vigorous program...

For example, you need to eliminate as many toxins, preservatives and carcinogens from entering your body as possible. Even if lemon leaves CAN cure cancer, if your diet still consists of cancer-causing foods, it's not going to ever be able to get rid of all of it.

You need to exercise, get your blood flowing, get some sunlight on your skin. That's right... we were provided with a healthy, natural source of Vitamin D, right outside our homes, and yet most people hide from it. The truth is, if your body was functioning in an optimum state, the sun's rays would not harm our bodies. It's only when we're lacking essential antioxidants that we develop UV damage. You need to get your body to an alkaline state. Cancer can not grow in an alkaline environment.

In short, yes, lemon leaves may have cancer-curing potential. But you need a whole-body approach if you're going to cure yourself of cancer entirely... eating all of the lemon leaves in the wrld while sitting on the couch eating fried chicken is never going to work.

Thanks in advance if you've taken the time to read this... I wrote it out in hopes that it would help; I didn't just paste it from somewhere.

Best of luck.
