i'm not anorexic, but what can i eat that is a light food besides eating ice all the time.

Ice is not a food, and there's no nutritional value to it. In addition, it's bad for your teeth.

The best way to loose weight is not to starve yourself. You have to eat the right amount of food. eat complete breakfast and eat full meal on lunch. We have to eat well during the day because our metabolism works only at day time. so we need food to create energy so our metabolism gets faster especially when we have all the energy to be active. even it we'reust sitting at work. and at night, just eat very light because at the end of the day, our metabolism slows down. Never eat a lot at night or before sleeping because we don't burn fats when our body is rejuvenating from an active day.

Just cut down on all the junk foods that you may eat, try running every morning when you wake up or something, not much maybe a mile or so and try to eat healthy! Good luck!

I hope you're not just eating ice all of the time...that is unhealthy! Eat a balnced diet as well as follow an exercise routine that best suits you and your lifestyle.

Eat green vegetables. Very little fat content, but very nutritious and the dietary fiber is good for you as well. Also, try low-fat mozarella sticks and low-fat ricotta cheese.

Any of these will help you feel more satisfied than eating ice.

it depends how fast you want to lose your weight
if you're not in a hurry then just cut down on the junk food and exercise more often. running is best and you can replace some fat with muscle
