Salt tea is also a variety of yogic tea with a blend of various herbs and spices. Butter tea has rich butter milk from oxen or yak. Butter milk is simply full cream milk or direct milk from the yak's udders that has alot of butter(fat) floating in the top after you have heated it.
Salt tea has many minerals necessary for the body and the salt is derived from mountains known as rock salt.
