Merge microsoft Excel files into one, WITHOUT having to open them individually and do copy & paste, please?

There is an option in Excel for merging.

I have Excel 2003 so it may be different if you have an older version but on mine it's under the "Tools" menu - "Compare and Merge Workbooks".
