Caesar IV: When I launch game I hear the audio but get a blank white screen and a cursor?

Has anyone else run into this problem yet and/or know a fix?

I had the same problem with my P.C when i loaded Hitman Blood and Money. The answer is that it could be ur graphic card, it may not be compatible to the game requirements. I had to buy a new graphic card to get the job done. The best card is by Radeon 9550 SE it will be compatible. B4 u go ahead and buy one just get ur system configeration checked.

If your computer is not working properly when it is switched on, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
