I feel this video holds a very humbling view on things, and is very truthful in its delivery. While there are things even I may dispute about the details, the entirety sends a positive message I think all should hear:

I watched it -- I hope that you don't think that all the complexities of life and religion can be even remotely captured by a short 3-4 minute video. The truth requires more reasoned thought than what can be accomplished in a forum like Yahoo Answers.

For instance, if all we are is monkeys -- if we're really just like all the other animals (though we don't know it) -- then the basis for morality is lost. Do you really want that? If we're monkeys, then rape, incest, polygamy, sex with juveniles is all acceptable simply on the basis of "it is." I think the truth is that there are absolutes morals -- by which sex is judged, by which religion is judged, etc.. Only "eternity" will determine the winners and the losers, but in the meantime, don't be too quick to buy in to a moral black hole.

No. The Bible makes it very clear that God created the animals and then created man separately. He gave us dominion over the animals.

Genesis 1:26 (King James Version)

26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

This unknown man's opinion of me doesn't sway me at all. I feel sorry for him for not only being lost but for trying to lead others astray as well.

God bless you!
