well you need to find out which one you like the most and go for him because if you go for many guys at a time they will start ti think that you don't really like them and then getting a boyfriend will be much harder. and to get the confidence just give yourself a little pep talk. other people can give you a little bit of confidence but you mostly get it from yourself. :)

Flirt! Well, how much do you like them? If you won't get hurt in the case of rejection, just go for it. And if they do reject you, just realize it's their loss and go for someone else.
