Personally I would stop drinking them and start drinking a "Healthy & Natural" energy drink if you drink them for the boost. I recently discovered one that has only 22 calories and 4 grams of sugar and is healthy and natural and the best thing is that it is only about $1 per serving. I drink 2 per day, one at 8:30 and one right after lunch, even lost a few pounds on these. I have been told I cannot send a web site through this service but e-mail or IM me and I'll point you to the web site. And good luck with the baby, I am a Father of 3 wonderful children and a husband of 26 years

You'll probably want to slow down some, depends on how many you drink a day. With my first pregnancy I cut out caffeine all together and the withdrawals were horrible! With my second I cut back to about half of what I normally drank and everything was fine :)
Good Luck!

Essentially, sure. If you're exchanging all or so much foods with cola then you'll finally sluggish your metabolism for the reason that it's the identical as ravenous your self. Just for the reason that you think complete doesn't suggest you're getting vitamins. P.S.- Even if you're eating regimen to drop pounds, in the event you real are hungry, you must devour some thing. I do not imply only a yearning, starvation or thirst, which will think like starvation, however precise starvation from now not having adequate to devour. You do not must devour some thing heavy. Just devour some thing as a way to fulfill you, like a part a sandwich or a banana. Drink a pitcher of water as good. You do not ought to devour till you're complete. Just till you're convinced.

Stop drinking soda all together. Research the effects of sugar. And don't drink diet soda, it's even worse. Drink lots of water and some juices without added sugar. Stay away from anything pasteurized. Eat spinach and other leafy greens for calcium. But, yes, definitely get off the soda. And stay off. Don't get your kids started on it.

Depends on how many you drink. One a day wouldn't hurt as long as you are "flushing" it out of your system by drinking lots of water. As well you should be drinking alot of extra milk or soy milk, because coke can affect your bodies absorption of calcium, something you need alot of right now. Hope I helped, good luck & congrats

The best thing to do is quit cold turkey. I did with my pregnancies. It was hard but I just kept thinking about how not having the cafeine is best for the babies and after a week, I didn't even crave it anymore. Good luck.

Well, it pretty obvious the caffeine itself is doing damage to your body and your child. But the sugar level in these sodas are also doing a number to your body. How about the fact that colas are used to clean carburators? Even clean toilets? Drink and eat healthy....for your child's sake.

I vote that you quit all together. Consider that each can of soda contains 200 calories, caffeine, phosphoric acid, and other ingredients that are not good for a pregnant or nursing mother.

I think most baby books will tell you to lay off the caffeine during pregnancy. So try the caffeine free kind.
