when i bought the computer it was already installed but i cant sign off windows or change my settings without that password.

You may need to find/build a bootable CD or USB Key with a password cracking utility on it. See the link below for some instructions and links to free utilities.

Was it a new computer you bought or used? If used, your out of luck unless you reinstall windows on to the computer. Then you start from scratch.

try password -
and user name as admin or administrator
