More people get food poisoning from organic vegetables than those that are grown on factory farms. Organic has become just another gimmick to get you to pay more. Most food that has the label 'organic' on it only has to be a certain % of organic vegetables. Most soy, like tofu, is processed any way. If you want to lose weight, soy is a good way to go, though. It is easier on the digestive system to process and has most of what we eat meat for. Read the label on the package before you buy any food, so that you can see the nutritional value. Most organic that has sugar in it uses processed sugars any way, the same as none organic food.

A lot of grocery stores have new sections with organic foods. VERY COOL!!

Anything with soy is great. Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps are great. Lay off of red meat. MorningStar Farms has a lot of great "Veggie" products.

Its all a little more expensive, but along with exercise, you will start to see a difference in how you feel.

Have a great day!

As with any food, you need moderation. Don't eat ice cream, just because it is organic. The weight that you will lost will be slow, and a healthy weight loss as your body detoxs itself from all the hormones that you have been feeding it. Try a cleanse, and a detox, first - then switch your diet.
