Does faith alone save a person? Do good works save a person? Or is it a combination of the two? Can a man lose his salvation once he is saved? I know what I believe, tell me what you believe. Do you even believe in hell at all? Do you believe in heaven? Do you worry about what will happen to you when you die?

We are saved by faith alone through grace alone in Christ. We cannot do anything to earn our salvation, according to Ephesians 2:8-9. Now, once we choose to follow Jesus, we are expected to do good works that He gives us to do, but works themselves cannot save us.

As for losing our salvation, nobody can take it away from us, but we can forsake Christ and walk away from Him. The first link below is an article about how dangerous the "once saved, always saved" idea about salvation.really is. We are called to persevere in our faith, not to just say we followed Jesus once but now can live however we want because we call ourselves Christians.

For me it makes the most sense, that Hell would be a state of mind or a separation from God rather then an actual place. I'll be honest, I haven't read the entire Bible so I don't know what it has to say about the place, if it exist, but to me any God who knowingly makes imperfect beings such as ourselves who have the free will to chose to not follow him and then torture them for using that will for an eternity in hell, well, just wouldn't be someone I could follow. I believe that you cant really have good works without faith, because without something to believe in whats there to motivate us to do good works? I believe in a heaven, I have to, for my own sanity, because I just can't believe that this is it, it may not be rational but, its what I truly think. As far as salvation, I believe that if you are truly saved or have truly found the/your way then you can't lose it, you just cant, because now you know, ya know? lol This is a good question but, a hard one to answer, I guess it really does all come down to faith, because there are some things we may never know but, by all means don't stop trying. ;)

Yes, I believe in heaven n hell...try to live a life that will get me to heaven. I don't think good works alone save a person since there r alot of hypocrites who do charitable things or pray all day or r at church all the time but r still impure at heart n in their deeds. I think the way to b saved is to do ur best n b truly repentant of the sins u committed in this life.

I believe that too many people are more concerned with the hypothetical life to come than with the life of here and now. Instead of trying to level the playing field for the disdvantaged around them, they'd rather spend their time counting their holiness points or sneaking a peak at their get-out-of-hell-free cards. I believe that life has a purpose, and it isn't to fritter away in redundant hosannas or smug self-assurance. Read Amos 5:21-24, Luke 4:18-19, James 2. God is not keeping score but God does expect you to do something worthwhile with your life. Worry paralyzes the will. Act, and trust God to decide what is best for you in the end.

Faith and Good deeds save a person from falling into lower realms of existence (Animal , hungry ghost and hell beings). It also depend how faithful and how the good deeds is being done. Your last thought at your dying moment is also very critical, it help to decide where you go after this earthly pass-on. But I can tell you, those who are usually faithful and good people, their last thought are usually good and strong one.

I believe in Heaven and Hell.

I don't think I should worry what will happen to me when I die because I always like performing good deeds , keep my percepts and relaxed.

Once in grace, always in grace is a baptist thought. This question depends on what religious genre you choose. HOwever chosen, faith is the underlying knowing the difference between right an wrong. Do you love yourself unconditionally? You choose to wake every morning, feed yourself, on and on the daily routines. If you contain that sort of passion toward yourself then who would God be to consider anything less. We are images of his everlasting spirit to not fail in that preservation. Faith and good works are stated to be the road to take. No different than going to work and expecting a paycheck. However, God doesnt steal as humans do. That is the temptation of free will and considering we were born with the attribute of decision making, it is our choice and God is aware of that. There is always forgiveness in anything claiming to be infinite.

Jesus Christ and his atonement gives one Salvation which is the Resurrection or reuniting of the Body and the Spirit. All will be resurrected, it is a gift of Jesus Christ's atonement. Doing good works brings exaltation at the last judgment Day.Or going to Heaven. thus Evil Works brings one to hell. All you need to worry about is following Gods law. Only the evil need to worry.

The demons believe in God and tremble at the thought ,but it dosent do any good without salvation ,and the only way to be saved is through Jesus. There are too many scriptures that mention people losing their salvation to believe in once saved always saved.Like in hebrews 6.

adequate, how are you aware all that? The complete population used to be anticipated to be on the Temple at least one time a 12 months. This used to be now not fairly an choice again then. The crook subsequent to Jesus might very good had been a consistent variety temple-goer, full of all of the rituals of Judaism at the moment....upon which many Catholic traditions are centered. For illustration, how are you aware he wasn't baptized? Tell me wherein it says that. PLUS it does not say the opposite man WASN'T stored. (might be now not at that second.)

I do not believe in hell. I do believe that we continue on and I do not believe we truly die, only our physical body dies. No, I do not worry about leaving this plane of existence.
