Squats! I have a four-pack (b/c I chose to, 6pack looks bad on women - I personally believe) but squats not only help abs, your legs (calfes) and your buttox. You start out with your age everyday for a week, and try adding 5more for the week, add 10 and so on until your age is doubled! Squats is perfect, and so is sit-ups. But squatting is less PAINFUL and much fun when your'e competing. Good luck!

bicycle crunches. i dont know how to explain it but ive been doing 100 of those and 100 of regular crunches every day before bed for almost 2 years and there has been great results. but ive heard bicycle crunches are most effective. good luck !

leg raises...they work ur legs and abs!

lay down flat.
raise leg to about 10in. off the ground.
then do a short pause at the top.
then down.

do this about 10 times then rest
then do it again!

pilates, before i had this baby i did pilates 5x a week and i after 2 months i had the start of 6 pack.

good old fashioned crunches or sit-ups are effective.
