so me and my family want to go to the snow for the day on saturday (pretty close to home) so where is the snow? how far is it from sacramento? ty

They've had a little snow up on Donner Summit and Kirkwood, its about an hour and a half to 2 hr drive to get to the elevations that have snow right now.

Think about Lake Tahoe, Utah, Colorado just got some snow, but not right now, watch the weather channel to see.

I live in Scaramento the best place is probably in Lake Thaoe although it might not be snowing yet . ENJOY YOUR STAY
