The Bible says there will be scoffers in the last day, and I scoff. Yet, rather than thanking me for fulfilling scripture, most seem anoyed by it.

Is it because you don't really believe your god is capable of defending his own interests?

6 thumbs down for simply asking a legitimate question. I'd say this proves the point that Christians don't actually trust god.

Thank you for fulfilling prophecy by being a scoffer, and by letting your purpose in life be to serve as a warning to others of what we do not want to become. You are performing a wonderful service to us all, and we are indebted to you.

Thank you for bringing this world one day closer to a close. But I sorrow for your soul if you think that an eternity away from Jesus Christ will be anything other than hell.
Jos 24:15
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Actually, whenever I see prophecy fulfilled on this site, a good deal of which does fall into the mocking and scoffing category, I remark on it. Really something to see it proven true, and so often.

Scoffing is an underappreciated artform ... I always thought credulity alone was fulfilling these prophecies ... Hindsight is so 20/20 ...

i think of it like a person singing in their car at a red light, really gettin' into the music. someone else pulls up and laughs at them. i mean, yeah...it's kinda funny, isn't it? if the other person could only hear that song, they'd sing along, too :-)

I wonder how many thank you notes Jesus received from others, and yet he continued to do good.
