hematite and garnet are a good combination that i have fond to promote good energy around you.
i would suggest that you to to a pagan supply or new age book store , or possibly a stone and crystal store. and just pick up different stones and find one that feels good to you. stones and crystals have a vibrational rate that will help to soothe you and heal you when it matches your vibrational rate. this is why so many different people say that different stones and crystals work for the same things, or for different things.
i wear a garnet on my ankle to shield againse negative energy and to help draw positive energy into my body through the earth.
and a hematite around my neck to help disperse negative energy to the aair and to help disperse the energy of the garnet to my aura.
a stone aura will help you protect against many sicknesses and in general help you feel better.
