Althought here are physical aspects to both. Love, per se, would encompass greater emotional factors. Also, in love there is the possibility as well of considering the needs of the partner. Lust would be for the most part fairly selfish in content.
Still, both are highly subjective and vary from individual to individual.
It takes also a lot more work and diligence to make love work and last... never treat it trivially..

Lust means you want to have sex with this person and that is about all you want to have with them. In love means you want to share every part of your life with them. Lust comes from the sex organs. Love comes from the heart.
