I can't remember what company makes it, but there's this little metal thing made just for blackheads! It has a little hole in it and you just push it down over the black head and it pops out! Look in the health and beauty section of walmart or a drug store. Good luck!

White/blackheads are caused by infections occuring through the blockage of facial pores. Try _not_ to squeeze them/pop them as they will typically go away on their own.

The best way is to prevent them from happening in the first place. You can do this by using a good facial cleaner with the right concentration of sacylic acid (like mentioned above), perhaps something like pH Isoderm Mask or a similar Oxy solution. Knowing the right concentration is a matter of not feeling too greasy or overly dry in the 10-20 mins following your use of it.

During the day, it's also good to be conscious of how greasy your face feels. Use a paper towel or clean cloth to wipe off your face before/after you feel this, or after heavy exercise (sweating).

If they are on your nose the best thing on the market are those Biore nose strips. They really work great, when you peel the strip off you can see all the dirt that came out. Its gross and it actually hurts a little (like pulling a band aid off) but so worth it. They also make ones for other areas of the face but I havent tried them yet. I am going to buy soon. And the best face mask that cleans and shrinks your pores is Queen Helene Mint Juliuep Mask... Its cheap and it works awesome. Good luck.

those strips dont work as well as they say they do....but try some if you like. i get a wash rag and run hot water over it and put it on my face and keep getting it warm and putting it on your face for like 10 mins. then the blackheads will just "squeeze" out.
