Yeah, Down With Taxes!!!!!

Hmmm, well I've only ever been here in the U.S., so I'm no help with your question by experience. Sorry.

I would try Puerto Rico, from what I've heard, great food, great culture, maybe their taxes are low also.

It is every Filipinos dream to go to the US. I had stayed in the US x 6 months. The beauty is superficial, what is important is that you have your family with you. There is no better place than home. You will only realize it once you leave your country.
Taxes is a problem everywhere! Going to another country gives you another problem. What would be your status there, as a tourist? If you are a tourist, then you cant live and work in their country unless a work is sponsoring you. It is always hard to start.

The first thing you have to do is figure out where you are able to move to--considering visas, work permits, residency requirements. Then you can figure out where to go. Puerto Rico is nice but lots of poor people. The Carribean has other nice spots too-Virgin Islands for example. Belize is nice in Central America but lots of poverty there.
A lot of where you can go depends on what sort of work you are looking for and if you can get the visa to live there. Good luck.

Me too. If you find such a place let me know. There are probably only a hand full of countries with less of a tax burden though.
