well, they made a couple different ones, THE dart gts had a 440 in it would go for 60000 rotisseried, 340 gts is probably second best, but since your 340 is gone, and it is rusty, it is probably about $1500-$3000. GTS's are pretty rare, you will find alot of GT's but, yea you got a rare one, you would be better off if you just kept it, fix it up, get the original motor put back in, in another 15-20 years it will probably be $70000 restored. parts are being used everyday, and cars are disappearing everyday, if you sold it it would probably become a doner for a 440 car, or some punk kid will buy it and wrap it around a telephone pole. and yet another bad *** Mopar leaves this world. I got a 62 dart i am restoring, it is a four door so it will never be as wanted as a two door, and i would probably never get more than 10 g's for it but it is worth more to me. like i said, keep it, fix it, it will pay off...
matter fo fact, where do you live at? i got a jeep cherokee i will trade you for it, lol, 1990 4x4 laredo...

A properly restored 340 Dart GT coupe will set you back $15,000 to $20,000. Add in a 383 and the cost can go up to $23,000. With a 440, a good and properly documented car will start north of $25,000. And you can more than double that with a factory-built Hemi.

well you changed the engine, so that ruins any historical value. Some rust can mean anything! If there is rust showing from the outside, chances are theres a lot more rust that you cannot see.
If it was in its factory configuration and all original you could get several thousand. As it is now, depends on how much anyone would want to pay for it.

go to ebay and do a search, that will give you an idea. I had a 1965 Chevy II with 350 2 barrel Holly, this was in 1992. I had many, many people walk up to my front door and offer me anywhere from $5000.00 to $10,000.00 for it. The catcher, it belonged to my great Aunt & Uncle and they just drove it to the store and back around a small town, it had 45,000 ORIGINAL miles on it! Pretty cool huh? I gave it to my dad and have no clue what happened to it after that, I think he traded it for a Mercedes Benz.

Depends on the condition. You can possibly get up to 5 or 6g out of it. Not much more unless it is mint, and if it's got rust it is not mint.
