This is about motivation and discipline. I know healthy eating/healthy diet is not easy to do. At first, try to start a simple and easy way you can do.

You can eat what you want but take it in a small portion.

When you hungry, take healthy snack like salads from fruits and vegetables. Don't starve your body. Doing that just making you to eat in a big amount at the end!

Drink a plenty of plain water! You can replace your hunger by drinking a glass or two of plain water! Try it!

When you eat, don't be hasty and chew your food slowly. This will ensure you to feel full.

Avoid from taking food that kept in the bottle or jug. Because you will not realize how much you have taken. But pick up a handful of it and put in a small plate.

Cut your favorite fruits into a cute slices to replace unhealthy snack.

Get enough sleep. Tiredness will make you eat more high calories foods.

Butter contains high fat. Replace it with low fat butter!

The important thing is, you must be discipline! And be patience.

Don't get scared of going on a diet, it is hard, one year ago I made up my mind that this weight is coming off and well since then I've lost 30 pds. and 25 inches. It's always a challenge for me I got to know my bad habits and know what makes me weak ( chocolate) so I don't buy anything i know I'm not suppose to have. I still eat it of course but on rare occasions and in single servings! And don't think of it as a diet, but a way of eating. and the thing that helped and motivated me the most was starting a exercise program. I do step aerobics and its a amazing feeling when I'm done. I feel great and you will too.

Dieting is never easy which is why I don't prescribe to any of them. Most of them work but for a short period of time and they are not enjoyable. Who wants to live their life doing something they don't want to? I sure you have a beautiful culture with some great tasting food. You don't have to give it all up to lose weight and keep it off. The most important thing about losing weight and keeping it off is to create liveable habits in your life. When you find a new job, you have to create new routines to be successful or new routes to get to work. When you find a new relationship, you have to develop new routines to keep your mate happy but you won't sacrafice your ethics or personal enjoyment. Try the same thing with eating. Don't sacrifice all the foods you enjoy but eat them in portions. Although we life in a great nation, our restaurants give us way too much food. There is no law that says we must finish our plate but we feel guilty if we don't. Enjoy your food but don't eat as much as you normally do. Maybe half, maybe a quarter. Try to eat more meals during the day but in small portions and keep a consistent workout schedule. Don't think of a meal in the traditional sense. A workout doesn't always mean time in the gym or running in the park (both gets boring). Go on a hike, try a ski/snowboarding lesson, try some tennis/raquetball, rollerblade on the beach. Find some fun physical activities. Remember to burn off more calories than you intake.

A few things to remember:
Eat frequently but in small portions.
Work out consistently.
Drinks lots of water (yes, you will pee a lot!)
Be Patient and have faith.

hey there! here i my take on your "diet" thing: forget about it! what i mean is that when you eat you should not feel as though as you are depriving your body and if that is the case then change the way you live and eat! use margarine vs. butter and olive or almond oil to cook with since even though they have high % of sat fat it is the good fat and the one that does not clog your arteries! third, eat health foods and in moderation-that is the whole key!eat when you are hungry and your body needs food, not because you are bored and stop when your body tells you that you are full! my take on the way that you perceive the whole diet thing is that it is strict but you do not need that but rather to do a 180 with you life and health and mentality! it is the menatality of going on a diet vs. eating what you love to eat except in smaller portions and making a change or two like working out more: 3 times a week on the treadmill for 45 minutes! switch to eating healthy foods like a salad but w/o the dressing: make the dressing yourself out of olive oil and vinegar and it will be the helathiest dressing ever! learn to eat in moderation, maybe eat 4 meals vs. 3 a day and have on hand some healthy snacks such as carrots or apples or some kind of fruit! lastly, stop looking at the scale but rather go and work out and eat healthy and you can tell if you are losing weight w/o a scale since the clothes will feel looser on you! i mean, i eat carbs and fats and desserts but all in moderation even though i hav e a sweet tooth!learn to make good choices like eat less sugar, drinkl tons of water and maybe have a soda once in a while but not on a daily basis! if you love beef switch to chicken since it has a lower % of fat, same with many products like peanut butter and such! opt for the ones that fit you and your goal! also do weight sto build muscle as well as cardio and you are on a great way to achieve a new you!

Whole wheat, oh, and instead of butter and high fat oil, use Olivio, it's an olive oil based butter that works great and is healthy on the body and the heart, which is more important.

Pilates and kickboxing give your body tone and definition, and I usually just do those to my favorite music instead of to tapes, because with tapes you feel like you have to constantly watch and immitate them and that easily grows frustrating.

What's good is this Ultimate bellydancing dvd I got, it's the best for your stomach and it makes your butt look AMAZING.

Running on the treadmill builds your legs.

Pushing your palms facing eachother and pushing as hard as you can against eachother builds toned arms and pushes your chest up so that your breasts look perkier, bigger and better.

Lifting builds your upper and lower back.

Oh, and i know this is completely TMI but getting yourself, um, off actually builds all the muscles that tense up as you are doing so.

Ha ha, I know you didnt want to know that, but this is what all of this exercise does for you. You will look AMAZING if you do these things and on your own good time. Pace yourself and PLEASE drink plenty of water with electrolytes in it, you really don't want to exhaust yourself.

no you will persist with Diets for an prolonged quantity of time. they do no longer look to be effectual via fact that they're often unreasonable and reason you to decrease out meals that could actually make you healthful. interior the tip, you will maximum possibly income the load back and greater. in case you quite decide for to drop some pounds and shop it off, you need to make existence type variations. case in point, set up a habit of working universal or no longer overeating. decrease out undesirable meals (Chips, sodas, cookies, cake, and so on.) or eat them very infrequently via fact those are the meals that don't help you AND make you fat.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

Continue with your current eating syle. Just drink more water and exercise more than 1 hour a day for the next three weeks. You'll look and feel better.

Its not "fat" persay that makes you fat, actually it's sugar that does the dirty deed. I ate TONS of fat when I lost weight but not a grain of sugar.

if you click the link, there is a before and after pic of me and I ate fats the whole time I lost. Drink lots of water, get good sleep before 10pm andeat TONS of veggies. Alot of cultures eat the way they do and stay slim. Don't think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle. Cut your portions down and totally savour the bites you do eat. We tend to clean our plates, so just put less on the plate. You can do it. Stick to simple foods and enjoy them. Eat the way nature made food, no processed stuff, its totally void of nutrients. Don't forget to exercise, you can do it!

What, you can't eat in moderation? You can still have your butter and oil if you "need" it that bad. Just drink more water and eat more fiber to fill you up first.

Really, it's not rocket science...
