Well, if you love men, then how can you be a lesbian?

Obviously, you are not, and if you can wear your hair short and still be feminine, then don't worry about what other people think.

The right man will come along who cares more about you as you and not so much about the length of your hair. Personally, I don't care as long as I can tell your gender and you can be attractive and feminine regardless.

If this helps, it might please you to know that a growing trend among lesbians are mullets. Yep, that's right. A whole group of them used to come in to a restaurant where I used to work right before a Houston Comets game and about half were sporting mullets. Others were sporting butch cuts like flattops and such (few had hair below their shoulders), but hardly any had facial features that could be considered "feminine."

So don't sweat it! If these guys pre-judge you based on your choice of haircut, that's their loss. You don't need them. The right man will come along and will love you just as you are. Keep holding your head high...

Most men hate short hair on women. I am 35 years old and every man (including my brother and dad) dont like short hair on women. The exception is women over age 45 or 50....over that age you look little ridiculous with long hair. Go for medium length ...

Since ancient times, long hair has been the sign of feminity, it is a matter of stereotypes and psychology for a man to think you are gay because of the short hair. Try growing your hair out and see the difference it makes. It is human nature to judge a book by its cover. Why do you think all the "sex symbols" in hollywood have long hair.. find me one playboy playmate that has super short hair..think about it.. its masculine to have short hair.. the shorter the more masculine.

I dunno. I have pretty short hair also but nobody's ever called me gay. Quite the opposite, actually, now I seem to attract more men then when my hair was long.
You can always try to dress in a more feminine way, wear make up (maybe you do, I'm just trying to give you ideas).

Because a lot of women that are lesbians have short hair. its a stereotype. maybe they think you aren't attracted to them. some guys are so full of themselves that they think a woman is gay if she doesn't want them. lol

wait one second... are you a guy? short hair is not gay on guys in my opnion. if you love men and you are a woman there is no problem.

also, you have your own opnion on who you want to date and i dont think anybody else's answers should make you feel you should date someone else if you are going out with somebody you love or really like

It probably just depends on how it looks I have seen some hot girls with short hair but some hair cuts on girls just seem to make them look butch.

I think that women that have just plain clipped short hair are lazy.
