Alright! NO sugar at all, Lots of water, Cardio, weights and good sleep. That should get you there, but its all about consistency.
Go here to my site and see my before and after pic.
http://www.healthandstrength.net
look around, there is more info there too. I did it, and so can you! Remember...sugar makes you fat, bad carbs make you fat and stress makes you fat...eliminate those, and you should trim up nicely in no time! Consistency, consistency consistency!
Good luck and enjoy the Philippines!

That will be tough, that's not enough time to really see a difference, unless you already have the body mass. If you do, then do something drastic, like the velocity diet on t-nation, where you limit calorie to about 70% of maintenance and only take protein shakes 5-6 times a day.

But if you don't have the body mass and not much muscle yet, it ain't gonna happen, building muscle takes a lot of time.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

eat small meals a day, best if one type of food (like banana in the morning, 2 hours later, plums, then 2 hours later, apples, etc.)

exercise regularly, but the longer in one time, the better. try walking to keep the time longer.

drink water, kodancha tea, matcha tea, any tea u make ur self w/o suger or nay suger like subsitute... only the tea and water. also, if u make fresh squized juice, that is fine, but do not buy them.

do not eat any animal related preoducts, they have absolutly not good effect on you, the animals suffer when killed (peta.com), and they are full of saturated fat. nuts have good, energy and fat burning type fats, but animal fats have the opposite effect. becone vegan

if u seriosly want to lose alot of weight, consider this=
http://www.fruitarian.com/ay/HowToBecomeFruitarian.htm
become a fruitarian, read throu the site, it is the healthist and most human way to live.

ive also heard that, fruitarians weight levels out around that of an anorexic. but if u would not like that, try eating alot of nuts and avacados, and dry fruits (organic and natural w/no suger or nothing added)

Of course! Diet and fitness but also muscle milk, Stacker 2000, and N.O. Explode are good to have while eating high protein and working out. LOTS of working out, and don't say you don't have time because you wanna look GOOD! There's always time for THAT! ;-P

losing weight and gaining muscle will be difficult as muscle actually weighs more than fat. a high carb/protein diet and much exercise (jogging and various weight lifting exercises)
