if you like the natural approach, make a paste out of ghee (clarified butter) and turmeric. Use about 1 tsp of turmeric for a cup of ghee.

Soak in a bath of oatmeal, can be purchased at the drug store or grocerie store in the medicated soap area as a rule. After the bath use calimine lotion. When you are out and you don't want to be plastered with calamine lotion. Benedryl now has a clear liquid, I have great results from this. I am taking prescription zyrtec, you don't have that use the over the counter benedryl in conjuction with the oatmeal baths and topical medications.

This is providing you don't have problems using these types of medications.

I have this on advice of my Doctor. I am currently fighting a strange rash that is on my arms, trunk of my body and legs.

If this dosn't work you will want to consult your physician. Maybe you have something going on that needs to be looked at.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/A8rI9

you might be allergic to something, I would look for the source of the itching first. But you can use zinc oxide powder for the rash in the meantime.... you can buy it at any pharmacy
