Because Brown Skin is beautiful hun! Everybody loves a lil tan. It looks exotic on some people.

Anyone can have a tan ..The degree of the tan would be decided on a before and after ..so you may not see a tan they do

Sometimes they can have tannish skin color in their DNA and it comes out. You can have a gene for tann skin and you wouldnt have to get in a tan machine. Also if someone in your family gets tanned alot it can be passed on to someone else. Its all in the DNA. That person can also wear lots of makeup to look tan. There are so many reasons.

Same reason chicken heads beleive they used to have long hair when they were little girls...lol.
I'm sure its because they arent used to the color on them first of all. and you cant expect them to want to be dark skinned, they couldnt handle that. :D
Keep in mind white people are "white" b/c their skin is without pigment so any color, as long as it aint red, is a tan.

You would be surprised how pale they are under their undies. I come from a family that is dark complected and I am very pale. when I am very tan (for me) most people would not know I had been in the sun.

because brown is a beautiful colour to be, and some people may have skin problems where they can't go into the sun and suntan so they need to buy the bottle stuff............
