Fish, Oatmeal, Fruits, & Vegetables.
Those would be the 4 healthiest foods, in my opinion. However, there are many other healthy foods out there; so you don't have to get bored of eating the same thing.
I have been eating healthy regularly for about 6 months now, and I can really tell the difference- I have a lot more energy, I'm in a better mood, I have a good complexion, and an overall nicer body. Trust me, it does take awhile to get in the habit, but once you do you feel 100x better. If you find yourself cheating, don't give up, just try to do better the next day. Good luck & Best wishes :]

Sometimes the best meal is one you created yourself with natural, organic ingredients :)

I could be extra involved approximately her fluid consumption. If she is ingesting check out giving her transparent broths to drink. If she hasn't been ingesting for the period of that point you will have to name the surgeon as there's a well risk she's going to come to be dehydrated. If she is inclined to drink, you may also check out popsicles or ice cream because the bloodless might support with the affliction. Frankly, if she is feeling that dangerous, then she most of the time should not be swimming besides.

1. Mangosteen fruit (raw or juice)
2. Green leafy Vegetables ( add dried fruit/almonds/oil base dressing -oils help you absorb antioxidants - to create tasty salads)
3. Fish (Baked with Real Butter - yum, Lemon Pepper, Cajun spices, etc. - NOT FRIED)
4. A Whole Grain food (½ cup cooked or 1 ounce ready to eat cereal, 1 slice whole grain bread, 5 to 7 small whole grain crackers, ½ cup whole grain pasta or brown rice or 2 cups popcorn - maybe a tiny bit of butter.)

If I could only eat four foods, they wouldn't be the four healthiest....
I'd eat tuna, burgers, pizza, and cake.
For good health, however, restricting yourself to four foods would be a bad idea. I've read that the healthiest things you can eat are:
Fish - tuna or wild salmon are healthiest. tuna sandwiches are yummy. tuna on crackers. tuna mixed with mac and cheese.
Veggies - primarily spinach. unfortunately.
soy protein - not really sure how you eat that. i haven't tried it yet, but it doesn't sound tasty.
coffee - helps prevent gallstones (tho not advised if you think you already have gallstones). said to possibly help prevent or delay diabetes. generally healthy for you as long as you don't live on it alone.
wine - 2 glasses a day, very healthy for your heart. grape juice is a good substitute. not a great one, but a good one.
oatmeal - oatmeal cookies! preferable with chocolate, which is also good for you in small amounts. the quaker oatmeal mix with the maple flavoring is pretty good, if you want to avoid cookies.
oatmeal granola too, as long as the oats are rolled.
anything with cooked tomato sauce added to it. that would be spaghetti, pizza, and such. uncooked tomatoes are good for you too, but cooked is better.
cranberry juice - excellent for your bowels, digestion, kidneys, etc.
cherry juice - supposedly good for you too.
tapioca - you can get fat free tapioca pudding cups that taste like they're not fat free at all and they're yummy, especially mixed with fresh banana and other fruit.
i think tapioca is said to prevent some cancers.
banana - good for you all around.
indian food - or anything with tumeric added. tumeric is very very good for you. chicken korma is a yummy indian dish that isn't too spicy- unless you like spicy. then get chicken vindaloo.
cinnamon - supposed to lower your blood pressure.
cinnamon toast!
got to have treats once in a while. :)

lean meats like poultry, fish and pork. dark green leafy things, such as collard greens boiled with some pork-yum. find things that you like just stay away from white flour, white rice, and sugar. the real kicker is that some artificial sweetners can cause people to over eat. try healthy alternatives like fruit or plain yogurt with some honey it it or fruit. lots of yummy healthy alternatives out there!!!! have fun and experiment

If you really want to eat healthy, and have several alternatives, you can't limit yourself to 4 main items. You can't eat healthy without getting bored, that's for sure. But you need a myriad of items to choose from.
