Yes it is ... as long as you eat plenty of fruit & veg as well
And don't eat beef all the time.
If you want to stick to red meats Venison or Ostrich are better for you - both very low in fat and delicious

CHOC - Humans need protein. Those of us that eat a balanced, omnivorous diet, as we evolved to eat, get this from meat ..... we don't need supplements and pills like you do.

Yea, it's important to comsume enough protiens every days, and meat is a great source. As long as you're not over doing, and eating the right portions, it's just fine. Just try to change it up everyday/every meal. Chicken, Pork, Beef, and Fish. Each one supplies different necessary nutrients, it's not good to eat the same thing all the time, your body needs variety

You know, they say meat isn't good for you...especially red meat, which is what you're eating. I guess it'd have to depend on how MUCH meat you're consuming rather than how often. If you're eating it in moderation and balancing it w/ veggies and carbs and you exercise, you should be fine. Be careful if you're over 30, because then you have to be concerned about cholesterol and such.

If you're going to eat meat, don't have just beef all the time. It's the most unhealthy meat of all. Have some chicken or pork instead.

Eating meat is very bad. Not only is it bad for your health, it is bad for your moral too. Just think of the way they ill treat animals and then kill them for food.. Also think of all the illness related to eating meat, like cancer and heart diseases..

as long as you don't eat too much, you will be just fine. the body needs protein and meat everyday, but you can't have too much.

my brother's nutritionist said that people should have meat (not meat fat, though - like if you're having a steak that fat won't count) everyday that is about the size and thickness of your palm (of your hand).
