Why not talk to your breeder mentor or your rescue group? After all, no ethical person would bered a dog without having a breeder mentor, probably someone that they met while showing their champion dog. What? Your dog isn't a champion and you don't have a mentor? Then, please get your femal fixed as soon as it's safe to. Too many people breed dogs and leave their dogs unfixed and it leads to millions of purebreds being killed in shelters each year. This is not the view of crazy animal activists who are against ANY type of breeding. This is the view of responsible breeders, national and local breed clubs, the AKC, and ALL rescue organizations.

She will start pacing alot and deep breathing. she can be in 1st stage for 12 hours before she really gets going. she should have the puppies 60-65 days after breeding. You have to add 2-4 days because the sperm might have not hit the eggs for a day or two. Good Luck

Temperature will drop at least a full degree, nesting, most dogs don't eat much 24 hours prior to labor.

Then give her a break and get her spayed. Millions of dogs are killed each year from overpopulation. No "congrats" here.
