I suppose it's the implication that you're both so swept up in the moment and your passion is so intense that you're oblivious to the weather. Also, rain is inherently romantic, isn't it?

Well' It's like this. When you kiss in the rain it's magical it's like you know your in the rain, you fell the rain, and your wet because of it. But I took it personal, It was like proving that you cared for that person. That kiss let me know that in stormy weather he and I could endure it forever. The kiss is long your risking your health the longer the better so to tell you the truth it's probably no definitely the best.Enjoy!
