My compter (with XP) tells me the administrator has disabled Task Manager. I probably did it accidentally. How can I enable it again.
.Thanks

If you're not on an admin account. Get on one. Then surf around until you find the controls for the account you want to unblock. I'm not being very specific because most problems like these are extremely rare, especially since Task Manager is the final overriding force to stopping a program in case of an overload.

i think your problem is for your school... or maby not
im just saying becuase this is a problem that im pretty sure you change in the registry

if you are using it at school or you really need it working, just copy C:\windows\system32\taskmgr.exe , change the .exe to a .com, and it should work properly. to change the extention easily, just force an internet browser to save it and save it somewhere as taskmgr.com

i hope this answered your question if i was correct at the problem
