I need help loosing weight. I'v tried everything and my mom won't help me because she doesn't think I'm fat. I'm 5"2 and weigh 126lbs.HELP!!!

Listen to Baby Gurl. I have that smae ploblem and you feel no one listens to you and you think your fat my mom says I'm not fat either and boyfriend but I don't listen. I'm 5'6 and 122 I hate it becase I'm uauslly like 118 or something and I don't feel like myself. But keep on doing what your diong and oh yeah I can't forget the biggest part pray and I'm sure God will help you to. Godd Luck! By the way I believe in you.

I know you don't want to hear this...but you mom is actually right. YOU ARE NOT FAT. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I am the same height as you, and I weigh even more, and I know for a fact that I am not fat. You must get the idea out of your head that you are fat, that can lead to an eating disorder (which I am sure you already know...). Just exercise, and eat healthy. Knowing that you are in good shape can improve your body image, b/c you will know that you are healthy, and that you are doing something that will truly benifit your body.

Ummmm you're not fat. Sorry to break it to you, but you're just not. (Hmmm, that was weird.)
If you want to get more in shape, just exercise. Every night do situps and gradually do more as you go. Do the same for pushups and running.

Try to limit the amount of food you eat too. Let's say you eat a hotdog and fries for lunch. Well instead eat 2/3 of the hotdog and 2/3 of the fries.

try the south beach diet..it's great tasting food and it's simple. You lose between 8-13 lbs. in the first 2 weeks. Also, try some cardio. Even walking 30 mins. a day can make a big defference.

The only healthy way to lose wieght is to eat right and exercise. Avoid junk food and drink plenty of water. I don't think being 126lbs is fat at all.
