what they feel like...kinda like acne, but not really...they are flat though....any ideas on what this could be?

Well it most likely is not Cancer. I dunno why anyone would say that, but it could be anything from bruises to bloodclots, or internal bleeding. Its tough to say. I would keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go away within a week, see a doctor.

I really need more to go on to have an idea. They could be just about anything from your description. So if you have no idea what would've caused them, I'd strongly recommend getting it checked out by a doctor because, WORST-CASE scenario, it could even be cancerous. I'm not saying it is, just that it could be. So it's worth checking out. It could also just be irritation from your legs rubbing together for all I know.

My sunlight interpretation is SO real. quite some circumstances i'm preoccupied with some thing so i'm no longer giving the different individual as lots interest as I could. i could nicely be very oblivious by way of fact of my scattered recommendations which makes me look quite impolite. I in lots of circumstances look returned and sense quite undesirable. It depends on how long you've had them really. It could simply be a birthmark.
However if they are more recent then you may want to have a doctor take a look just to be safe. They could be natural spots but nothing beats peace of mind. ^_^
