pk or tk has interested me for a while and i know that you can get a definition of it but thats not what i want. i want someone to tell me how they developed pk or tk. somebody who has actually bent the spoon or made the compas pin move or even a hair float. help me to believe that telekiniesis and or psychokinesis exists in us.

You must achieve the ability to have all 5 senses firing at once in you imagination. I have done it once, and could only see 4 seconds into the future.

meditation and self hypnosis--I can put out candles by pointing at them, and a lot of pk sources tell you to start with candles trying to manipulate the fire--good luck!

the theory is simple. pyrokenisis is simply an advanced form of telekenisis.
for pyro to work, you simply agitate the atoms in a small area with your telekenisis untill the friction creates fire.
