If he keeps saying 'I love you'
but I don't feel that it's true
and I don't feel that way. What

You should just talk to him and be honest.
Honesty is the best solution in just about every situation.
Sit him down, tell him that you feel as if he is moving on the whole LOVE thing too quickly, you haven't felt anything like that for him yet; and the more he keeps pushing for you to say it back, the further he is going to push you away and make you uncomfortable.
My guess is, and I could be wrong, but he's got some emotional issues, and is either very clingy, OR he's got a hidden agenda; and youre obviously smarter than he thinks and youre not falling for it, if thats the case, congrats.
Either way, talk to him and explain what you are feeling...

Eleven days?....I don't blame you for not feeling that you love him yet...that's ridiculous....he's got issues..
I would TELL him after 11 days you are not in any way sure of ANYTHING, and you would like him to refrain (since it's only been 11 days) of saying that he loves you - not only because that's a lot of pressure to put on you (unfairly)...but because if he was mature and wise - he would know even if he MAY really feel that way, it's best to hold onto verbalizing anything until more time has passed. If he continues, I'd chalk him up to a lunatic...and kick him to the curb and move on.

you need to let him down gently. Wearing your heart on your sleeve can sometimes be an unwanted trait by some.
If you don't feel that way, you need to be honest but please be gentle, rejection can be hard to take. I say this because not sure what kind of mental state this person is in. I am not saying this to be derrogatory, but just be tender footed with his heart k?

11 days sounds like he is crazy or immature
either way run both are signs for disaster tell him if he loves you he will leave you alone and if you come back he will know it was meant to be

Tell him to slow down. This is a classic sign of someone that is insecure. Jealous seems to follow this type of behavior. be careful

If you don't feel that way, tell him so that you won't hurt his feelings but continue to remain as friends. love needs time, and time can sometime prove everything wrong.
