Are you running Windows XP?
If you do not currently have antivirus software, download comodo, it is free and highly effective.

Try both of these. The AVG anti virus has a free version and a paid version($40 for a two year subscription which is what we have because it has a firewall included).
Ad-Aware se personal is also free.
these are the only two that we have and have never had a problem while using them.
We had Norton before and still got viruses. We will never use that one again.

download AVG Anti-spyware and run a full system scan

and update the definitions:

DOWNLOAD ANY ANTI SPYWARE SOFTWARE OR ANTI VIRUS AND RUN IT FOR THE DRIVE.... IF NECESSARY TRY TO FORMAT YOUR PC.. FOR SURE U COULD HAVE NEW PC WITHOUT SPYWARE OR VIRUS
